Ear Death

One of the families that I watch for had a big brother come to daycare today. Nieko is 8..........but almost 9........sometime next month. (age is important to little guys!) Around 10:00 today one of the Little's asked me to put on the kid's song......We love them! I happily obliged. After 2 or 3 songs Neiko came up to me and said: "What is this music? It's like death to my ears!" Geesh! It's not that bad!

Bestest Day EVER!!!!

Today, we had a surprise visitor at the door. It was Bob, my neighbor. What did he bring us? Well, he came bearing chocolate cake! He said that they had too much cake....gee that never happens at my house! Well, anyway boy were the Little's excited. I told them that we could have it as a snack after lunch....if they were good. They were super good before we had cake. They saved all their energy and naughtiness for this afternoon.

Bananas

I received quite the compliment the other day at breakfast. Nolan, who is three said: "Mindy, you make the BEST bananas!" Well, I am not sure that I can take the credit for that, but I do slice a mean banana! Not quite in a circle, but more on an angle. The Little's sure know how to buoy up a gals confidence!

Why I blog...

I have a bunch of people who I refer to as the "Littles". Why? Well, I have a daycare and they are the little people that rule my day. They are FUNNY! (most of the time!) I just wanted a place where I could keep track of the memorable things that they do and say.
